2017 Registration Form – Please do not submit this form until May 13th

Registration instructions:

Step 1: Download Registration Form

Step 2: Fill out Registration and Release Waiver Forms and email completed forms back to (If you are unable to sign the form electronically, we will print the form and have it for you to sign on the morning of the first day of camp.)

Step 3: When we have received your registration we will send you a link to pay for your session via PayPal. If you are unable to pay online. please contact us.


Registration for Nature Day Camp and Outdoor Explorers is first come first serve. We try to balance each session with an equal number of boys and girls, though we may occasionally adjust in response to trends in enrollment.

We require a minimum deposit of half the session fee to hold your child’s place in camp. The full payment is due a minimum of 3 weeks before the start of the session.

Cancellations will be refunded, minus a 20% handling fee, if requested at least 3 weeks before the start of the session. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the session start date will be refunded only if we are able to fill your child’s place with another camper.

A sibling discount of 20% is available for a second child registered in the same session.
